"Working with the entire team at Crawford has been awesome. They're not only master artists with carbon fiber, they also really care about getting it right. It's been a real pleasure working with them. One of the lead consultants on our latest job with Crawford referred to them as 'a world-class organization' and I couldn't agree more."

- David Woodworth, Owner of Heartland Harps & Music

Apprenticeship Program

For more than 15 years, Crawford Composites, LLC has participated in the High School Apprenticeship Program administered by the North Carolina Department of Labor and Catawba County schools. This partnership between Crawford Composites, students and their parents, and the North Carolina school system, prepares youth to be high-performance workers and lifelong learners.

With the opportunity of possible future employment at Crawford Composites, high-school students ages16 and older spend two to four years learning a skilled trade such as composites laminating, mold/tool making, fabricating, or welding.

With hands-on training by a Crawford Composites’ master craftsman and related academic instruction, apprentices not only earn credit toward graduation but also are prepared for careers in the dynamic field of composites.

Crawford Composites is proud to maintain its commitment to invest time and resources to educate the future employees of the field.
